Appearance:
Cadel is still growing, and stands at 5'6". He is gangly, his arms being too long, and his hands too big, he tends to be very clumsy and trips over almost everything. Despite this he is very flexible and fast, traits he merits to having to work with canines. His hair is a sun faded brown and he has freckles speckled under his tan, the most prominent of which, to his dismay, is across the bridge of his nose. His eyes are green, and hold what has been described as a 'knowing glint.' His hands show the scars of a few wild canines, and he is often found in a plain tunic.
Personality:
Cadel had the ghastly nickname of 'oblivious Del' given to him by the younger people of Firerock Hold. It was the way he liked to keep things, that way he was able to learn more things as he was seen as invisible, and thus privy to extra knowledge he had overheard. On the contrary he was very observant and knew a lot more than he was supposed to on the politics in and outside of the hold.
He is extroverted and generally makes his views heard, one way or another. This has gotten him into trouble on more than one occasion. Although he gives the impression of uncontrolled energy he is very gentle and patient.
History:
Cadel grew up in Firerock Hold. He is the son of the Holds canine handler and spent most of his time training the holds canines in both general obedience and guarding against the wild felines. When he wasn't working with the canines he was often found in the kitchens or getting himself into some sort of 'trouble.' This trouble depended on who you talked to, in his opinion he was helping necessary evolution of the hold. He was often sent on multiple tasks as the headwoman of the hold saw him as having an unlimited supply of energy.
Since he had been searched he is adapting to life in the Weyr, and trying to come to terms with the return of thread.

This is a character I made for another site (just in case someone tries to accuse me of plagiarism) I just adore the character so I figured I'd move him over to this Weyr as well.
